Why We Started LO/NO Club

We thought quitting alcohol would be hard. What we didn’t expect was how good it would feel.

We felt more ourselves. More at ease socially. Our sleep improved, our minds cleared, and life just opened up. The hardest part? Finding non-alc drinks that didn’t feel like a downgrade. We wanted flavour, craft, and something worth raising a glass to. That’s why we started LO/NO Club - so you can discover the best alcohol-free cocktails without the hassle. It’s more than a subscription. It’s a new way to drink, connect, and show up - clear-headed, hangover-free, and fully you.

When will I get my box?

Every following month - usually around the 15th - you’ll receive a carefully curated box packed with premium non-alcoholic selections designed to elevate your cocktail hour. Occasionally, 'One-time purchase' customers may receive a previous month’s box as their shipment, depending on stock availability - so you can start enjoying your drinks straight away. For more details on delivery and processing, check out our Shipping Policies.

Is there any alcohol in these drinks?

All the drinks in our boxes are non-alcoholic, meaning they contain less than 0.5% ABV. Some drinks, like certain non-alcoholic wines and beers, may have naturally occurring trace amounts of alcohol due to fermentation - about the same as some fruit juices! But rest assured, every product we include is crafted to deliver great flavor without the effects of alcohol. So whether you’re mixing up a cocktail or cracking open a cold one, you can enjoy every sip knowing it’s made for responsible drinking.

Do you ship outside New Zealand?

Not yet - but it’s definitely in the works! Right now, we’re keeping things local, but we’re gearing up to expand so more people can get in on the fun. If you’re keen to be the first to know when we start shipping internationally, sign up to our email list at the bottom of the page.

Can I gift a box?

Absolutely! Whether it's for a friend, a celebration, or someone exploring  the lo/no lifestyle, gifting a box is a great way to share premium cocktails. Just select ‘Try Before You Subscribe’ at checkout for a one-time purchase - no commitment, just a thoughtful treat. You pick the box, we handle the rest.

Can I drink these while pregnant?

All our non-alcoholic drinks contain less than 0.5% ABV - about the same as some fruit juices - so many people feel comfortable enjoying them during pregnancy. However, some ingredients may not be recommended as part of your personal pregnancy diet. If you’re unsure, it’s always best to check the ingredients and consult with your doctor to make the choice that’s right for you. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at hey@lonoclub.co.nz &  we’ll be happy to share details so you can check with your doctor before ordering!

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! Whether you're heading off on holiday or still working through a few drinks, you can pause or cancel anytime by logging into your account.
